He is a lover of his profession with a tireless spirit of learning and improvement
When he most enjoys he is at the moment that he transports the diners with each harmony on a unique journey through wine regions, landscapes and regions.
El doncel’s winery has a wide range of national and international references
Among them, we can find some of the relics kept by the Pérez Ibáñez family, unique collection bottles of brandy, cognac, anise and vermouth from 1800, 1808 and 1840
